SEM Challenge #26

One of the challenges at Scrapping Everyday Miracles (SEM), challenge #26 of this month is to scrap about how it is more blessed to give than to receive.

Giving is my word of this year. It is not because I can give, but it is what Jesus says about giving:

In all things I have shown you that by working hard in this way we must help the weak and remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he himself said, ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive. (Acts 20:35, ESV)

Even though nowadays there are lots of e-card we can send to everybody, but I think making cards and sending them is one of the ways to give to others, too. It is rare now to get hand-written card or letter on our mails. We try our best to hand-written letter and cards to friends, family and people we know. It is just special.

So, for this challenge #26, the scrap twist is to include some gems on your project. This is what I made for our friends who had a wedding anniversary. I made this easel card with this simple tutorial here.
